Zep 45 dramatically reduces friction to provide a continuous wear-resistant film that lubricates and protects moving parts. It works on surfaces that slip, slide, rub, roll, move, turn, twist or pivot in hotels, motels, machinery manufacturers, building materials dealers, repair companies, vending machine companies, recreation facilities and offices. It is an advanced formulation of specialized oils blended with micron-sized PTFE for added lubricity. Zep 45 is non-flammable, according to the CSMA Flame Extension Test, unlike many penetrating lubricants.
